Job Description Global Services Excellence Financial Management Primary Responsibility - Finance Coordination • Lead the development of Fall Plan staff and investment budgets for Global Services Excellence organization • Prepare Fall Plan review materials for presentation to the Senior VP of SO Delivery • Negotiate annual organization funding level with GTS finance • Develop and integrate budgets and plans for all Vice Presidents reporting to the GM of Services Excellence • Work with GTS finance on all budget adjustments and coordinate all Inter-company Agreement transfers • Coordinate monthly staff and investment budget review and present status to the GM of Services Excellence Primary Responsibility – RFS Transformation EMEA • Work as Global Services Excellence RFS focal point for EMEA SOD RFS team. • Support the SOD RFS transformation initiatives in EMEA including:  Consolidate EMEA RFS performance metrics  Provide RFS data, RFS performance metrics and RFS programs status collected by Global RFS team to EMEA SO Delivery RFS team.  Work with the EMEA SOD RFS Team and the IMTs to understand and correct performance inhibitors and validate data about EMEA RFS Performance and RFS Programs collected by Global RFS team  Support key initiatives including  client adoption of the PgMP tool,  deployment of PgMP catalog services to SO account,  identification of DC in PgMP RFS records  RFS process simplification,  and RFS other programs and initiatives  Provide PgMP RFS reports and data analytics  Ensure alignment and interlock of global RFS Management System and EMEA SOD RFS Management System Secondary Responsibility • Participate as primary financial representative of Services Excellence in finance transformation efforts related to Services Excellence initiatives. • Collaborate with the staff of the GTS CFO to drive standards and that will provide accurate revenue and cost reporting for the SO Request for Service (RFS) business • Support the development of standard definition and trusted sources of data for RFS signings (TCV) • Represent Services Excellence where expertise in financial management is required.
Required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 1 year experience in Financial specialist
  • At least 1 year experience in Business Manager
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in Financial specialist
  • At least 2 years experience in Business Manager
