The Human Resources Representative provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions and apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
  • Provide Human Resources support to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices
  • Provide support for the development of annual reviews, job design, staffing, compensation and organizational change effectiveness
  • Support managers on Human Resource issues; including policies, procedures, practices, staffing and organization
  • Provide support on change initiatives including planning, facilitating, etc.
  • Provide support for the development and execution of a communication plan to ensure effective two-way communication takes place
  • Assure that appropriate training opportunities are in place
  • Investigate and provide advice and council regarding concerns about policies, procedures, practices or contractual issues
  • Work with managers and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment
  • Assist in developing sources of qualified candidates, screening, testing and selection of applicants
  • Responsible for standard level delivery of training packages
  • Support performance management process
  • Master´s / Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience in a HR area)
  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR area
  • Advanced English – verbal & written, Fluent in Czech
  • Command of MS Office
  • Internal candidate preffered
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer mindset
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under time constraints and handle multiple tasks
