Role Summary/Purpose	The IM Project Manager will drive major releases for M&C Project ONE SAP ERP global rollout. The initial deployment will focus on a major manufacturing plant in Conde, France. He will Enables product line growth and productivity through business simplification and process integration.
Essential Responsibilities	Contemporizes systems and processes with the latest ERP technology and business practices. Supports overall simplification across GE Oil & Gas and GE Measurement & Control. Owns post-go-live stabilization and achieving entitlement. Applies FastWorks principles to meeting/exceed cycle expectations. Leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business or is a recognized expert in a specialized field. Responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas area of expertise. Serves as solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of assigned application areas. Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of small to medium IT solutions for business processes. Support, advise, assist, guide and resolve problems for client leaders and users. Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions. Initiate direct communication with specific customers, clients, suppliers and systems personnel. Act as a change agent for business processes. Lead in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements	5 + years of ERP implementation experience preferably SAP, 8+ years of overall experience 4 year degree in IT/Eng. or MBA Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team leadership experience Self starter with a high energy level Strong analytical skills with the ability to creatively translate business requirements into technical solutions Highly skilled in program management Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Desired Characteristics	At least 2-5 years experience with SAP, preferably in manufacturing or services businesses Hands-on experience with data quality and conversion Experience working with multi-currency and multi-lingual applications and a thorough knowledge of common financial and supply chain processes Master’s of Business Administration is preferred Proven leadership skill in both business planning and information technology Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP applications, with additional hands-on experience preferred Able to use Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive change Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Capable and influential at project management Quality and cost driven Preferably experienced in CAP (Change Acceleration Process)
