Role Summary/Purpose	We are seeking an Oracle Data Mart Developer to join our Data/Systems team within the Budapest Bank’s Risk department.This role requires excellent Oracle and Business Objects skills and in-depth data mart building knowledge. The successful candidate will be charged with the design, development, implementation, and support tasks associated with building and maintaining our data mart.
Essential Responsibilities	ETL Processes (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) (60%) •Maintains and enhances existing analytics, data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading processes to continuously improve efficiency and quality control. •Manages ETL defects, and works to proactively develop new routines and functional improvements that meet evolving business needs. Database Development (20%) •Provides data mart engineering services including: design, development, modification and troubleshooting. •Effectively uses data mart tools and own programming skills to identify problems and causes and to implement solutions. •Through own subject matter expertise as well as an ongoing understanding of data sets and business needs, determines most efficient processes for given queries. •Participates in architectural planning, and makes recommendations regarding structure, capacity management, security, and operations. Report Development (20%) •Develops Business Objects universes and reports according to business reporting needs.
Qualifications/Requirements	•Min. 5+ years experience using Oracle RDBMS, preferably in a data warehousing environment •High proficiency with SQL and query tuning in an Oracle environment •Demonstrated programming experience, particularly with PL/SQL and SQL languages •Experience with PHP and Oracle APEX is a plus. •Experience working with high volume, multi-TB data sets is a plus •Bachelor’s degree required •Good command of English is essential (conference calls, documentation). •Hungarian language knowledge is a must!
