Responsibility is to maintain and upgrade the reporting mechanism/ processes to continually measure and report on the performance of the PGS Parts Sourcing Operations against KPI's. Work with internal business partners and team members to understand reporting, metric and data needs; and then tactically deliver simple solutions for those needs, including data extraction, querying and data integrity validation, and report design, creation, delivery and automation.
Identify, access and query multiple data sources in order to extract and consolidate data for reports and analysis.
Design, build and deliver both ad hoc and regularly produced reports.
Automate/simplify report production and delivery where possible.
Utilize SQL and other tools to extract data from multiple sources and create PGS Parts Sourcing and commodity level metrics on cost, fulfillment and quality.
Conduct tests to validate data integrity. Participate as required in pilots and testing for new programs (i.e.: Accord)
Evaluate analytical tools in support of proposals and business cases to acquire additional data management and reporting capabilities.
Provide effective support for emerging issues with any data reporting systems.
Continually develop innovations with IT and business partnerships to enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
Validate technology ability to meet business and performance requirements for each project.
Support key sourcing initiatives, continuous improvement and Lean process improvements to mitigate and reduce fulfillment risk caused by both internal and external issues.

BS, BA in information management, statistics, mathematics, IT, finance scientific related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, certification and/or experience.
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in business process analysis.
Excellent English communication skills.
Highly capable reporting analyst with extensive experience developing and implementing high quality reporting solutions.
Experience mining operational data and creating business reports to include extraction from multiple sources, data consolidation and report generation, graphical displays of data, and report automation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SQL, PL/SQL, VB and Macros, Data Warehousing, COGNOS, Ingres.
Self-directed ability to work proactively as part of a larger team with minimal supervision.
Very strong customer service and results oriented mindset.
Ability to react and be proactive in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Excellent analytical and communication skills in Hungarian and English
Demonstrated skills in formal problem solving processes and tools (root cause analysis).
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle, SAP).
Displays Courage & Candor in a respectful manner with internal stakeholders & customers.
Six Sigma GB trained and certified (GE employees only).
Experience in Energy Parts organization.
