Job description
As a Mainframe Operator You will be responsible for monitoring and first level support of IBM Mainframe Systems (see below) and applications and reacting to alerts coming to consoles according existing documentation. That means either fixing the existing problem or passing it to a higher level specialist.
Incident, Problem and Change Management (see below), documentation creation and update are also part of the job. Team work, good communication skills (in English!) are required for everyday business.
The job is in 3-shifts model which means working during night, weekends and public holidays.

Required
• English: Intermediate - Upper intermediate
• Computer skills: basic administration

Preferred
• Technical background (studies or IT experience)

Required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 6 months experience in General IT skills
  • At least 6 months experience in Mainframe (zSeries)
  • English: Intermediate
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
