You will:

• handle incoming queries and provide solutions to the employees and managers' requests in cooperation with the HR Services team
• proactively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of all cases
• prepare all necessary documentation as per process requirements
• run and provide standard SAP reports for the customers
• perform audits of SAP data input done by HR Services group
• participate in the translation and review process of the Company's HR policies and procedures

You have:

• university degree or you are a final year student
• professional experience in customer service environment would be an asset
• excellent oral and written communication skills in Turkish
• excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• strong personal computer skills, including MS Office
• good interpersonal and communication skills
