Why John Deere

 
· Pro-actively works with dealers/customers and cooperation partners to capture on going retail and lease business with the only intention to help JD selling more equipment, utilising working knowledge of all JDF products and services and their tax implications, to ensure that products are matched to individual needs.
· Develops effective working relationships with John Deere Financial, cooperation partners, dealers, JDPL Sales & Marketing branch
· Understands and interprets detailed financial and accounting information to develop recommendations in support of credit proposals.
· Provides follow-up service and training on the features and benefits of products, new marketing programs and processing of products through established systems.
· Represents a high John Deere Financial profile in the agricultural community, participating in Branch territory meetings and at trade shows/seminars (delivering presentations when required).
· Maintains dealer/customer records
· Trains and educates cooperation partners, dealers and the JD sales team about finance programs and on how to sell through financing
· Achieve budgeted John Deere Financial penetration and volumes (leasing, financing, operational lease) in cooperation with the local cooperation bank.
· Empower (train, coach, motivate) the John Deere dealers to ensure they are confident to liaise between customer and cooperation banks (who will close retail finance deals with the customers)
· Support the John Deere sales branch, the cooperation banks and the John Deere dealers at national shows and customer events and advise on campaigns.
· Be instrumental to dealers and local banks to realize deals with Special Accounts/Large Accounts with complex deal structuring
· Analyze the market and distribute overviews on competitors tactics and strategies
· Coordinate the tactical marketing approach in the countries and organize a timely reporting on success stories and
results of the cooperation bank with the John Deere Financial programs
· Maintain a successful cooperation with cooperation banks and assure that service level agreements are respected
· Reports to the JD Financial Sales Manager for Poland

What It Takes

 
* Evidence of successful selling, negotiating and conflict resolution experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (articulate and coaching capability).
* Accurate, well organised (work to tight/unpredictable deadlines), flexible and a good team player.
* High level of analytical skills and competence in data interpretation.
* Intermediate level of computer skills required (MS Office applications)
* Fluent in English.
* Regular territory travel required (80%) as well as occasional European business trips * Requirement to relocate to the
West/East territory.
* Intermediate level of computer skills required (MS Office applications)
- experience of working with electronic credit delivery systems an advantage
*training experience would be an advantage
* University degree in Finance or Business Administration, supported by minimum 3 years work experience in similar positions or in Banking/Financial Services industry
