You will:

• participate in optimization of HR related processes for Italian affiliates
• analyze the areas of improvement to the existing HR processes
• run reports on HR processes managed by the team
• familiarize with HR processes and country specific HR Practices
• have the opportunity to run a project in professional business environment

You have:

• student of IV, V year or University graduate (preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field of study)
• fluent oral and written communication skills in Italian
• fluent oral and written communication skills in English
• strong computer skills, including MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• any professional experience in multinational environment is an asset
• good interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to work under pressure of time
