Procurement Processes & Systems Analyst
Location: Kraków

You will:

• Support Procurement Team in optimizing the Procure to Pay process
• Perform required analysis  and propose improvements in the area such as PO coverage and Automation
• Coordinate and update Procurement related category's data bases and documents
• Create standard and ad-hock reports and made necessary analysis and recommendations
• Perform Quarterly analysis for business reviews
• Advise on access requirements

You have:

• University degree, preferably in IT, Business Administration, Finance or Economics
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills
• Good organizational, time management and coordination skills
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• Access knowledge is an asset
• Fluency in English – both oral and in writing
• Second European language would be an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse  would be an asset
