EMEA GPS Standard Cost Analyst
General Summary
This
is an exciting opportunity for a talented finance professional to
become the Standard Cost Analyst supporting the EMEA GPS organisation.
This role will be dedicated to EMEA GPS, reporting into the EMEA GPS Standard Cost Manager.
In this role you will support the development of new standard cost models & associated variance reporting.
The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate;

The role will be based in an EMEA office. This role will be full time.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Support the EMEA GPS Standard Cost Manager with the following;
· Standard Cost model completion & validation
o Including ledger to sub-ledger reconciliation
· Build & refine variance reporting
o Supporting the Standard Cost update cycle; &
o Under/over absorption calculations
· Perform supporting analysis to provide management with an understanding of the business cost performance
· Directly
interface with a broad range of management and cross functional
positions, and develop reports for use in business planning and analysis

· Strong technical cost accounting skills - standards setting, variance analysis etc
· Excellent MS computer skills
· Analytical ability
· Problem solving skills
· Sense of urgency
· Ability to multi-task
· Tenacious & resilient
Experience
· Education Required: Bachelors (Non-Tech) or equiv
· Experience Required: +2 Years
· Services business experience an advantage
· SAP Project Systems
· Excellent M.S. Excel
