TC position will be part of Group Travel Department – Incentive and Meetings.
Principal responsibilities:
- Provide clients with incentive tours.
- Advise, plan and construct multi-service itineraries using creative and cost saving fare options, to meet customer requirements (fares and ticketing knowledge is an advantage).
- Takes initiative to prevent customer service issues and makes logical informed decisions to resolve servicing issues.
- Personally develops skills to enhance performance of job role.
- Ensures all office controls are complied with internal and legal policies and procedures.
- Actively sells all products and actively cross sells to maximize revenues.
- Actively works with other departments and encourages work as a team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel industry on a similar position or in Travel Agency/Airlines.
- Excellent world-wide geography knowledge.
- Team player.
- Computer literate.
- Effective communication skills.
- Advanced English (Other language is a plus).
