To support our team we currently looking for a Administrative Support, (part time).

Responsibilities:
* Administrative support to meeting planners
* Use of an accounting system SUN (experience with the system not necessary)
* Candidate will be responsible for the recording of invoices from suppliers and also issuing invoices to customers
Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of local VAT
* Very good knowledge of WORD, EXCEL
* Flexibility
