Job Description	We are now looking for a Franchise Head with a strong focus on results to lead Neuroscience franchise, its strategy and integrated sales and marketing activities. You are accountable for driving launches according to our targets by creating value for patients and customers based on a deep understanding of the customers/market place and policies. As the Franchise Head you also contribute to the strategy and commercial success of our local business by being an active member in our leadership team. You will report directly to our general manager.
Minimum requirements	We expect you to have University degree in Science and/or degree in Business and 8 to 10 years of experience in sales & marketing within pharmaceutical industry including leadership experience. We also expect you to have in-depth understanding of Pharma market place including stakeholders, country regulatory and market environments and a proven track record of product launch and product commercialization processes. We expect you to have strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills with personal drive for superior results and passion to win for patients. You are fluent both in Finnish and in English, written and spoken. You will be based in our office at Espoo, domestic and some international traveling is required.
