As a Change Management Consultant for IBM, you'll have the unique opportunity to bring the elements people, technology and processes together, and enhance the value that we bring to our clients. We strive for successfully supporting organizations and businesses in their projects by supporting them from beginning to end in their transformational journey with our proven Change Management Methodology.  In this position, you'll work directly with clients as Change Manager or Project Manager where you mainly focus on combining Communication and Stakeholder Management, Organizational Design, Training and Benefit Realization skills to determine their business changes / issues and recommend proven Change Management strategies that drive the implementation and create the highest business value. You'll use your in-depth consulting skills, analytical expertise and business knowledge to determine objectives, main messages as well as processes, appropriate tools for communication and new ways of working that result in the best solution for the client. As a Change Management Consultant, you'll work collaboratively with clients to develop integrated change and communication strategies, and behavioral models that create quick and sustainable implementation structures. You'll help clients envision their visions and future, as well as align requirements between business and technology to create new possibilities, develop the strategies and plans to achieve those possibilities, and manage the change as the vision is implemented. This also means focusing on new ways of working such as Social Businesses and Analytics initiatives.  Your role You will be a Change Management consultant and this role includes understanding and in depth analyses of clients' needs and history. Also translating business change management issues and requests into a solid Change Management roadmap for the project. Your relation building capabilities with our clients will the base for a trustful cooperation combined with your experience and global IBM expertise. You will be the bridge management and business, between people and IT. Your communication skills are highly important to ensure clarity and buy in from clients. Our ideal candidate has • A strong and demonstrated Consulting skill set (leadership, networker, forceful) • Strong proactive and customer focused Change / Project Manager  • Excellent communication (written/presentation) and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a very dynamic, senior and political driven environment • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple deals/commercial negotiations simultaneously

Required ·         Master's Degree ·         At least 4 years experience in Change Management ·         At least 1 year experience in Oil & Gas Industry ·         English: Fluent ·         Dutch: Intermediate

Preferred ·         At least 5 years experience in Change Management
