The CFO will provide strong direction to the finance function across all of the company’s operations, with the emphasis on reporting, budgeting, structuring and operational support. Working in a fast-paced environment, where your skills will be valued and rewarded.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and relevant consolidated financial information on regular basis plus ad hoc financial reports
• Liaise with the group’s auditors and external advisors
• Review of new business opportunities and emerging markets
• Responsible for all revenues and risk management activities on behalf of the group
• Oversee the group’s procurement and distribution functions
• Preparation of  the group’s annual budget review and challenge operations on proposed annual targets
• Owner of the group’s rolling forecasting process
• Review and implementation of continuous improvement across processes, reporting and policies
• Ensure best practice is maintained and implemented across all entities in line with group, audit & IFRS requirements
• Liaise with group CFO across tax planning, treasury requirements and legal matters
• Owner of the group’s annual insurance renewal programme and relationships, ensuring that the group’s assets and risks are appropriately insured

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with min. 15 years relevant experience
• Strong track record with a large international business preferably from a telecoms, technology, retail or FMCG background
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, treasury and IAS GAAP reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Experience of working with a highly entrepreneurial and rapidly growing business
• Experience of consolidations and rigorous reporting requirements
• Strong systems knowledge
• Prior experience of managing large and diverse teams
