The CFO will provide strong direction to
the finance function across all of the company’s operations, with the
emphasis on reporting, budgeting, structuring and operational support.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and relevant consolidated financial information on regular basis plus ad hoc financial reports
- Liaise with the group’s auditors and external advisors
- Review of new business opportunities and emerging markets
- Responsible for all revenues and risk management activities on behalf of the group
- Oversee the group’s procurement and distribution functions
- Preparation of the group’s annual budget review and challenge operations on proposed annual targets
- Owner of the group’s rolling forecasting process
- Review and implementation of continuous improvement across processes, reporting and policies
- Ensure best practice is maintained and implemented across all entities in line with group, audit & IFRS requirements
- Liaise with group CFO across tax planning, treasury requirements and legal matters
- Owner of the group’s annual insurance renewal programme and relationships, ensuring that the group’s assets and risks are appropriately insured
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with min. 15 years relevant experience
- Strong track record with a large international business preferably from a telecoms, technology, retail or FMCG background
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, treasury and IAS GAAP reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of working with a highly entrepreneurial and rapidly growing business
- Experience of consolidations and rigorous reporting requirements
- Strong systems knowledge
- Prior experience of managing large and diverse teams
