Service Delivery Management is responsible for day-to-day operations for IBM’s Outsourcing contracts in Denmark which consist of more than 100 customers.

We are looking for a student assistant to assist us with different ad hoc tasks, for example, back office task, coordinate, follow-up, working with Excel and maintain the levels of service of internal business processes as agreed with internal departments, while keeping a constant focus on keeping deadlines.

You will work in the IBM office in Brøndby helping the team of Service Delivery Managers two or three days a week. You will spend a lot of time talking to project managers, technicians, and your colleagues in Service Delivery Management about deadlines and status, as well as updating them into our management tools.

We are, of course, flexible during examination periods.

The person we are looking for must be self driven and take responsibility very seriously. The right candidate is an extrovert person with good communicative skills and experience with Excel.

Required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic knowledge in administration
  • Basic knowledge in organization
  • At least 6 months experience in Excel
  • English: Intermediate
  • Danish: Fluent
