New permanent role for an Integration Manager to join a leading Hedge Fund Administration company located in Dublin City Centre

Our client, a leading Hedge Fund Administration company, requires an Integration Manager to join their Dublin City Centre office. This is a client facing role and the ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the Funds industry. They will use their initiative to successfully onboard new fund launches and conversions while ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities:

• To take responsibility for the onboarding and integration of new EMEA and Asia Fund Service clients.
• To coordinate internal functions to onboard new clients including Client Services, TMG and STP in order to ensure that all new launches and conversions are project managed in a successful manner.
• To provide regular status updates of onboarding and conversions to new clients.
• To participate in global monthly business meetings and liaise with senior management and client service teams regarding projects they have been assigned.
• To liaise with the integration team in order to develop best practices and operating models for integration in order to enhance the client onboarding experience.
• To support sales in the pricing of new fund administration mandates, technical product support and delivering product demonstrations to potential clients.
• To take responsibility for the supervision of the junior members of the team.
• To act as a technical specialist on questions relating to new business.
• To assist with any ad hoc projects that arises in accordance with the needs of the business.

Requirements:

• An excellent knowledge of the funds industry.
• Relevant experience in similar fund structures, domiciles and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in implementation, legal or transaction management would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work on one’s own initiative.
• Strong project management skills are essential along with the ability to successfully manage a team.
