Job description
Oracle Database Administrator (2nd level support) with English
French language is an advantage.

This role is responsible for:

• Be part of a team supporting over 2000 Oracle DB instances
• This role is responsible for install, operate and maintain complex centralised and distributed computer systems in a multi-vendor environment.
• Perform 2nd level support to all customers’ infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environments.
• Oracle database installation, administration and support
• Database and Index reorganization
• User and Rights administration
• Batch management, Patch management , diskspace administration, performance tuning
• Backup/Restore, Systems tuning, Database backup/restore

Job Requirements:
Installation configuration and upgrading of Oracle Software
Patching
Operating System Knowledge ({UNIX or LINUX or AIX or SOLARIS} and Windows)
Troubleshooting
Backup and Recovery Knowledge
Database Tuning

NON ORACLE SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in Oracle Database

  • French : Intermediate
