Certified Project manager with more than ten years in leading projects in the customer environment experience. Expertized in IT strategic outsourcing, a global delivery, and transition/transformation projects. The responsibilities of this individual include but are not limited to: - Lead and deliver project(s) an expected business value to a client and as well as a provider. -Lead and provide guidance project delivery teams throughout the duration of the project. - Responsible for consistency approach, control and visibility on all projects ---- - Overall performance responsibility for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. - Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team, the customer and other stakeholders. - Must be able to effectively communicate resource needs and project issues with the project management team as well with managers and executives. - - Displays correct use of project management disciplines and tools to team members throughout the life cycle of the project. Requirements: Mandatory experience : -Proven track record of managing or leading a project team. -Excellent written and spoken English. -Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. -Strong customer service skills. -Individual should be highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate and lead a project team. -Positive and professional attitude. -Basic knowledge of IT environment. -Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, MS Project, etc.). Desired experience: -PM Profession certification -People management or team leader experience. -ITIL awareness. -Minimum 3 years of project management experience. -Communicative German language -University graduate

Required High School Diploma/GED At least 2 years experience in Project management English: Fluent German: Intermediate

Preferred Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years experience in Project management
