develop mobile NLU+dialog systems and server-side software to support it Added advantage: Experience with Android or iOS development Experience writing user interfaces in HTML5/JavaScript Knowledge of automatic speech recognition and statistical modelling techniques, NLU
Working conditions:
work within Agreement on working activity (2-3 days per week, maximum 20 hours per week)
long-term student position – there is a need of regular working (also during the examination period)
setting out of working hours according to working requirements of department and in accordance with candidate’s possibilities
hourly wage: competitive wage depends on candidate’s experiences and skills
work location: IBM, Prague 4 - Chodov
onboard: October 2012
Requirements:
university student
very good English language (oral and written form)
fluent Czech or Slovak language
Experience with developing for Unix-like environments in python, or other scripting languages.
Working knowledge of sockets, and IPC.
A commitment of 10 hours/week.
Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge and information.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently. Lotus Notes knowledge is an advantage
