Global Bulge Bracket Bank seeks German Fluent M&A Associate or Junior VP to join their Frankfurt Office.
Our Client:
Our client is a Global Bulge Bracket Investment Bank. Having come through the crisis with a strong balance sheet the platform is looking to strategically build in key areas of focus for the business. One of these areas is the German Speaking market as it is the second biggest economy in Europe. They see a need to add a strong M&A Associate/Junior VP into their Frankfurt Office to act as M&A specialist for Germany.
The Team:
The EMEA M&A team is a senior team of specialists headquartered in London. This hire will be based in Frankfurt and utilising the German Coverage Team on deals but report into London.
As a lean team there is a huge amount of headroom for this individual to get exposure to senior bankers across the global platform and a lot of personal responsibility on each deal.
The Role:
As the M&A specialist for Germany this individual will be involved in leading the execution of all M&A transactions with a footing in Germany (local or cross-border). They will manage a team of juniors from the German Coverage team on each deal and therefore feel real impact on the performance of the team.
