External Job Description	Financial Controlling Analyst reports directly to the Brand Owner and Corporate Financial Controller but supports closely and is the one point contact for the stakeholders of the brand owner and corporate entities allocated to him/her. The Financial Controlling Analyst would be expected to be responsible for: - Decision support and ownership for its responsibility area (eg: updates to policies) - Stakeholder Management - Training of less experienced colleagues - Setting work priorities and in general independence of work activities Purpose of Role: · To take responsibility for the monthly/quarterly controlling for the respective Profit and Loss / Balance sheet area and/or the entity in total · Planning - Coordinate with markets, sense check and validate the bottom up results to the top down expectation · Prepare quality reconciliations through deep understanding of the figures supported, reported ·· To take responsibility for the day to day tasks required · To ensure that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently · To maximize benefits of globalized system processes · To contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the process. · Ensure smooth and accurate month-end reviews · As part of this role, to be responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness and financial relevance of the management information. Qualifications and Experience Required University / College degree in finance / business Work experience At least 2-3 years working experience in a multinational corporate environment, with exposure to some of the following areas: · Preferably strong Financial Accounting / Reporting / Controlling experience · Internal / external audit experience and/or SOX is an advantage · Experience with Shared services process activities is an advantage · Fluent English knowledge · MS applications Relevant experience with SAP FI /CO modules Strong Excel knowledge · Excellent problem solving and analytical skills · Relevant degree or proven ability to learn and develop Submit to job
