Reporting to EMEA Partner Manager and local IIG Sales
Manager, will develop business development processes and programs with
local ISVs, SI´s and Outsourcing Partner. Utilizing a broad understanding
of information technology and an in depth understanding of EMC technology will
work to identify and articulate and strategy with most important SI. Will
require the ability to influence others to achieve results, developing very complex
business plans and strategic marketing programs

· Ensures
definition of strategies for assigned technical initiatives, plan direct, and
document required sales strategies with local SI and Outsourcers. Will
coordinate and rollout of delivery of effective sales tools. Analyze and
recommend the most effective resources.

· Educates
and trains SI and outsourcers on business value of EMC portfolio. Handles
all aspect of relationship, including contract negotiation, public relations,
etc. Will perform process improvement activities with all of them to
improve EMC impact in end users

· Manages
the activities of SI and Outsourcers with accountability for results in terms
of revenues and strategies. Works independently focusing on
operational plans in support of strategic goals. Interfaces with all levels of
management negotiation and influencing to build a solid relation with SI and
other external collaborators.

presentations utilizing internal and external market data. Requires
collaborating with EMC sales, channels, marketing, legal,. Collaboration with
the partner's business development and legal, will be necessary to finalize EMC
development agreements as appropriate.
